From what I have seen, my learning style is the Social Learning Style. Let's just say that I study better when I'm with other people (but I'd rather study with my friends). I work well with others and I'm not anti-social. Is your style Social Learning Style? Well find out at this web site:

Martial Art Advice (From Me)

  1. If you're having a hard time looking for/choosing a martial art style, start with the ones that are available to you. It doesn't matter what style you take. It's your skill in that style that matters.

  2. If you lose in a fight, learn from it, don't seek revenge. Focus on building yourself instead of destroying the other person.

  3. Don't show off, be humble. As Jackie Chan says "He who speaks does not know, he who knows does not speak."

  4. Do not think that martial arts is the way of fighting and violence, for it is the art of harmony and the way of protecting.

  5. Most importantly- PRACTICE PRACTICE PRACTICE

RenWeb

There's this thing called RenWeb. It's a school website that lets you check your grades so you can do better in school. I am going to use the website more effectively by just checking it more and fix my bad grades if I have any. So yeah, I'll use that to bring up my grades.

Win-Wind-Wing-Wang-Win

When I was in martial arts, I did a lot of sparring. And I won more matches than I lost. One day, I went up against one of my friends, and after a few minutes, he beat me. After that match, I did not feel that I should get even with that person because of my pride, but I felt that I have found someone who was better than me, and it was an honor to me to fight someone better than me. Through that match, I've learned a few things, and I had the honor to go up against a good fighter and a good friend.

(Oh yeah, about the title of my post, I was thinking randomly)

The Discovery Channel Commercial

This is one of the most beautiful commercials I've ever seen. When I first watch this video, I was touched. So I would like to show you the video so you can be inspired.
Did you like it? You liked, didn't you? DIDN'T YOU!
They call Earth the green planet, but we are making it the brown planet. Be more green. I'm telling you this advice because I love the whole world, it's such a brilliant place.

Anime

This is the type of entertainment I like. Anime is the best type of animation ever made. I like it because it's cool, funny, and. . . whatever is good about anime. Bleach, Naruto, and Gundam is not the only type of anime I watch. I just posted those certain pictures because those were the only anime shows I could think of. If you really hate anime, then you have no life. If you have no idea what anime is, then look it up on some website or something. For all of you anime lovers, you are one of the coolest people on the planet.

The Ignored Friend

Sometimes when I'm around my friends, I feel that I'm ignored. I guess it depends on the type of day that me and other people are having. Sometimes I feel left out when people are doing some random things. I'm sometimes okay with it, but every time I'm not socializing, I feel like I'm about to go emo (AGAIN). But I still have good friends that talk to me so that I don't feel left out. I try to talk to other people to get involved in stuff. It sometimes works, but I also get pushed away sometimes.

And yes I use to be emo.

Ummm........Something Random

I have aways wondered what my purpose in life was. I started wondering when I was 12. I was always thinking: What should I do? What's going to happen to me? Am I just here for a small purpose? Am I just here for a big purpose? So many questions. But I must be patient to figure out all of these questions. Right now, I am just enjoying my life. Just listening to whatever is around. You should enjoy your life too. And if you think you have a bad life then look for the good. There's always a good inside a bad.
(You should go look at the clouds for no apparent reason)

My Feelings on My Life as an Only Child

Well I'm not exactly an only child, I have one brother and two sisters, but since they're on their own, I now live with my parents alone. Back then, I thought it wouldn't... no, never mind, I did think is was going to be a bad thing, AND IT IS!!!!!!!!! You might think that life without your brother or sister is a good thing, but I'm telling you this: Life is boring if you don't have any siblings around. I remember when I was still before the age of twelve. I was going to a whole bunch of cool places with my sis and bro. Those were the golden days. But now I live in a life of boredom in my house and the friends that I have here are the closest ones I have to siblings. So yeah, I'm pretty much an only child in the house. All alone. I'm sad now.

Cold Experience

One day when I was in the 8th grade, my class went on an 8th grade class trip. While we were on that trip, we went to Busch Gardens in Williamsburg, MD. We were have a lot of fun there until the tempurature dropped and then started to rain. Unfortunately I went on a water ride right when it turned cold. So I got all wet and cold without a coat or an umbrella. In fact, I was the only one in the group without any. All I was wearing was jeans, sandals, and a T-shirt. It was really hot earlier, so don't tell me that I should of wore something else. It got even worse when the wind started to blow really hard. My friends had coats on and even they were freezing cold. I was there for a long time in that condition. Then after we left, I ran as fast as I could to the hotel room and took a warm shower, then I slept in the warm bed and I was happy again. Lesson learned, always bring a coat.

My Goals for High School

My goals for high school is split up into four different parts: physical, mental, spiritual, and social.

My physical goal for high school is to become stronger through all the sports I do. My metal goal is to gain more knowledge from all the classes I go to. My spiritual goal is to come closer to God as I learn about Him more. And my social goal is to gain more friends so I can live a happier a life.

If I can accomplish my goals, then it would really help me out as a college student and as an adult. By setting these goals, I have something to look forward to in the future. If I don't accomplish my goals. . . well, lets not say anything about that right now.

Inspirational Quote

"If one does not attach himself to people and desires, never shall his heart be broken. But then, does he ever truly live? I would rather die a mortal, who has a care for someone, than a man free from his own death."-- Lu Yan

I got this quote off of a movie called "The Forbidden Kingdom." Lu Yan was one of the 8 drunken immortals who was called to help save a kingdom. He was played by Jackie Chan. This quote inspires me because it tells me that you should care for other people rather than yourself. I would rather die to protect someone than to live with regret and sadness or live a terrible life without any friends. It tells me that being with other people can make a person happy in his/her life, but living emotionless won't tell you what living is about. I might not be explaining this very well, you think about what this quote tells you.

My Life as a Martial Artist (Very Short)

When I was about six or seven years old, my dad and siblings showed me all these Bruce Lee, Jet Li, and Jackie Chan movies. When I saw them, I was like, "whoa that's really cool! How do they do that? I wish I could fight like that!" My mom realized that I was very interested in martial arts, so she told me about a place called Kuk-Sool-Won of Peoria. Kuk-Sool-Won is a ancient, traditional, Korean martial art that is not very known to a lot of people. This type of martial art is really cool. What I was doing in training is like what they do in the movies, only better. I have been training since I was 10.

When I moved, It made it really difficult for me to continue my training, so I haven't trained in a long time. But I am trying my best to bring my training back up. I made it so close to becoming a black belt, and I'm not going to let that slip away. I am currently one belt below black belt. But if I put my mind to it, I believe I can accomplish becoming a black belt. "I am strong, I am smart, and good at heart." -- In Hyuk Suh (Grandmaster of Kuk-Sool-Won)

My Legacy

For the future, I want to be known for. . .

~ being a great fighter who was brave enough to take on any challenge
~ being passionate about martial arts
~ being a person who was willing to help people in need
~ being a great friend
~ being the guy who brought Philippine pride to parts of the East Coast
~ being a great brother, cousin, nephew, son, and grandson
~ being funny and silly
~ being an optimistic kid who was always happy
~ being a smart guy
~ being a cute guy to the girls
